Gonzalez BBQ was founded by Chris Gonzalez in 2020
Chris moved to Cache Valley from Lubbock, Texas and quickly realized there was no genuine Texas-Style barbecue anywhere close.
Thus, Gonzalez BBQ was created and has blessed Cache Valley since 2020 with slow-smoked meats using real wood!

Owner, Chris Gonzalez, is from the beloved Lubbock, TX where Buddy Holly was born!
